Our Signature treatment is a combination of relaxing Swedish massage and therapeutic deep tissue massage, tailored to your specific needs. Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage treatments have been used for centuries across many cultures. The power of their natural warmth and energy has been shown to benefit sufferers of many conditions including: muscular aches, pains, and strains, rheumatic and arthritic conditions, and back pain. These treatments have even been used to treat multiple sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, and insomnia. The application of smooth, hot, basalt stones melts tension from each muscle and profoundly relaxes you with their heat and weight. Stones are placed strategically along your body; once the heat of the stones has helped to warm and soften the muscles, the therapist will then use the stones to gently massage targeted areas. Fresh Signature Body Wrap

Our Signature Wrap detoxifies the body using real sea-kelp and mineral rich clays, while also providing your skin with the antioxidant benefit of green tea. After the scrub, a masque removes toxins and impurities while refining and toning the skin’s texture. This effective treatment not only detoxifies the body and lymphatic system, but also stimulates measurable inch loss. Your Body Contour service will begin with an exfoliating scrub, followed by an application of a cellulite reducing body contour cream, before you are wrapped to contour and tighten the soft areas of your skin. Enjoy reflexology and a hand and scalp massage while the contour cream stimulates the lymphatic system, and reduces stubborn fat deposits from the inside out.
