Fresh Policies

Mission Statement – Our mission is to enhance the lives of every person we come in contact with, by providing them with services and support that they cannot provide themselves, in a manner pleasing to God.

Reservations – Salon and Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

Atmosphere – In our effort to maintain a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere for our guests, we ask that all cell phones be silenced or turned off upon entering our Spa. In our Spa treatment rooms and lounge, please speak softly as a courtesy to other guests in service. Cell phone use is not permitted in the Spa or Nail Room.

Child Safety Policy – Children are only permitted in the salon or spa when having a service. No child under 12 may accompany you to your appointment. We ask our guests to please understand that this is for the safety of your child in our professional environment as well as to ensure our other guests a relaxing experience at Fresh.

Arrival – Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you time to fill out our brief intake form and enjoy our space for the first time without feeling rushed.

If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your service in the time remaining. So that our next guest is not delayed, we may not be able to extend your service beyond your original appointment time. You will be responsible for payment of the full service.

Health Considerations – Please inform us at time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us and some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.

Cancellation Policy – Failure to cancel or change an appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in requiring a credit card on file and a $50 reservation fee to book future appointments. The fee will be applied to the next appointment or forfeited if appointment is not cancelled or changed at least 24 hours in advance.

Return Policy – Hair products only (excluding brushes and tools) may be exchanged for product of equal or greater value.

Gift Cards – Gift cards are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The value of a gift card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission. Gift cards must be presented at time of service. Occasionally, the price of a service may change, however gift cards will still retail their original value.

Pets – Per Chapter 477 Section 61G5-20.002 of the Florida Statutes and the Board of Cosmetology, “no animals or pets shall be allowed in a salon, with the exception of service animals.” Service animals are allowed on property as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) with guidelines set forth by the Department of Justice.

A service animal is defined as an animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with special needs.
